Paleo Granola Crackers will be a great snack that will not only satisfy your cravings but will also add some health benefits.

of flax seeds

of sunflower seeds

of pumpkin seeds

of hemp seeds

of sea salt

of pure maple syrup

Preheat the oven to 300F (150C)

Soak flax seeds in egg whites and water overnight

Mix in the rest of ingredients

Spread the mixture into the parchment paper layered baking sheet

Bake for 60 minutes

Take the crackers out and cut them into the desired squares

Bake at 200F (100C) for another 30 minutes
Use a wet spatula to avoid the mixture sticking to the spatula while spreading into the baking sheet.
Use whole raw seeds, preferably organic.
