  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of coconut butter melted
  • 3/4 cup of pure maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup of baking chocolate 70% cocoa or semi-sweet
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of tahini
  • 0.5 cup of almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 Tsp of baking powder
  • 0.5 Tsp of salt
  • 2 Tsp of vanilla extract


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (180C)
  2. Combine melted coconut butter, baking chocolate and maple syrup and microwave for 30 seconds or until the chocolate melts
  3. Stir well the mixture
  4. Add cocoa, stir well and set aside
  5. Beat the eggs in a medium-size bowl
  6. Add salt, baking powder, and vanilla extract and mix well
  7. Combine tahini and almond butter together and add to the egg mixture, mix well
  8. Slowly add chocolate mixture and stir well
  9. Add coconut flour and stir well
  10. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through

  11. Let it cool and cut into squares
