  1. Preheat the oven to 170F (80C)
  2. Spread the almond pulp on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 2.5 hours.
  3. Shred the dried almond pulp in the high-speed blender.

Recipe Notes

The ratio is approximately 1.5:1, meaning 1.5 cups of almonds will give you approximately 1 cup of almond meal.
