Enjoy this easy to bake paleo chocolate chip cookie recipe! Serve with a glass of almond or coconut milk

  • 3 cups of blanched almond flour
  • 0.5 cup of maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup of coconut oil extra virgin
  • 1.5 cup of chocolate chips semi-sweet or at least 70% cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 375F (190C)
  2. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave (approx.30-40 seconds)
  3. In a small ball beat the eggs and maple syrup. Add coconut oil
  4. In a medium bowl whisk together almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt
  5. Add eggs and maple syrup to the dry mixture
  6. Mix in chocolate chips
  7. On a parchment-lined baking sheet form the dough into small balls with a tablespoon or ice-cream spoon. Place them 2-3 cm apart
  8. Press the balls with your fingers to shape into the form of the cookies
  9. Bake for 15 minutes in the medium rack or until golden brown
  10. Let cool and serve

Tip: Dip the spoon into the cold water so the dough will not stick to it.
