Simple 3-Ingredient Cauliflower Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Cauliflower raw and shredded
  • 1 cup of Almond Flour
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Oregano dried
  • 1 tsp Basil dried
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C) degrees
  2. Meanwhile, shred the cauliflower in the high-speed blender or food processor until it looks like rice

  3. Whisk the eggs in the large bowl

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix them well

  5. Cover the cooking tray with the parchment paper
  6. Spread the mixture on the cooking tray

  7. Bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown
