Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 cup of flax seeds whole
  • 1 cup of sunflower seeds raw
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds raw
  • 1/2 cup of hemp seeds
  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300F (150C)
  2. Soak flax seeds in egg whites and water overnight
  3. Mix in the rest of ingredients
  4. Spread the mixture into the parchment paper layered baking sheet
  5. Bake for 60 minutes
  6. Take the crackers out and cut them into the desired squares
  7. Bake at 200F (100C) for another 30 minutes

Recipe Notes

Use a wet spatula to avoid the mixture sticking to the spatula while spreading into the baking sheet.

Use whole raw seeds, preferably organic.
