Who Is Diane Sanfilippo?

First, let’s talk about the author.

When it comes to your health, you probably want to know who the person is that you’re taking advice from, right?

Diane Sanfilippo, as she described in the book, had quite a bit of health issues before she started introducing paleo diet principles in her life. The healthy eating changed her life so much that she decided to teach other people on how to eat healthily.
