Hey thanks for sharing this information, I have been looking at ways to improve my diet and eating habits – and Paleo seems to be a good option. I’m also trying to cut sugar out from my diet, so this combined with the meal and fitness plan for Paleo would be a great place to start. Cheers, Karen

I’ve observed one of my friends go Paleo for the last three weeks. Everything about him just seems lighter and more clear.
