Surprisingly the mixture dissolves very well in the water and provides you with the nice creamy texture.

Another very popular and nutritious protein substitute will be bone broth protein.

And there are couples of reasons for that.

One of them is the availability of different tastes!

The main ingredient in this protein is chicken bone protein concentrate.

For this review, we picked the post-workout protein powder that the company offers as it will suit the best for the purpose of this review.

      The bone broth protein powder is definitely one of our favorites for a couple of reasons.
      First, it is one of a few proteins that do not make me feel bloated. I found that whey protein and egg whites would make me feel bloated.
      Second, bone broth contains so much nutrition value that apart from helping with the muscle building, it also nurture your body. So win-win!
      Answering your question, if you follow the strict Paleo diet principles, then any supplements should be considered as processed foods and be avoided. Now supplementing while on the Paleo diet found controversial views.
      One of the common arguments is that you probably take vitamins. Then how is taking vitamins that is definitely a processed food is different from taking supplements like protein powder?
      The bone broth concentrate that the protein powders uses usually are minimally processed, so you might not get 100% nutrition compared with the homemade ones, but you would definitely get a good portion of it including the protein boost.

      Paleo diet is a healthy lifestyle where you will find yourself feeling energetic and fit.
      A lot of people whenever they reach their weight goals think about moving further and start building their body they way they like. Going to the gym is a great way to start your fitness journey, however, home fitness programmes will work just fine.
      Now in order for the muscle building process to be effective, you would have to either make yourself a rich protein meal after the workout of to supplement. For a lot of people taking supplements is easier, but not necessarily cheaper.
      In my review, I wanted to show different supplement options available for the Paleo and Primal Diet followers. Though once again from the Paleo diet perspective supplements itself are considered as processed foods and cannot really be treated as 100% Paleo.
      Answering your question, soybeans, unfortunately, is not Paleo-friendly. They are considered to be legumes that contain more carbohydrates than protein and should be avoided. You can find a little more information about the Paleo Diet avoid list over here.
